Drury Casement did the windows in whole house which were no mean feat!! The previous windows went right into the stone mullions & were over 200 years!! Drury had the confidence & experience to recommend a colour, a design, an approach which was wholly in keeping with this precarious job!! And frankly, my wife & I could not be more happy!?!? I think I can boast the tallest exterior doors they have ever done! & I'm proud to see them on the companies website: gallery!! You can see these double featured doors for miles & I’ve had many favourable comments on them. I didn’t hesitate to have them back to do the Lodge & I’m equally happy with the end results. I'm looking forward to seeing them again for an extension next year!! Great company: & I simply couldn’t recommend them highly enough!!

They fitted some crittle style doors and windows to my property, some of the glass has blown and when they come out to look at the job it was clear there wasnt enoygh money in it for them to care so literally fobbed me off. This from the company that actually fitted them. The aftercare is non existent. Avoid at all costs

Emailed Craig for a quote as suggested. Provided all my details for the job. Followed up a week later to be told that due to our current workload they are not quoting any more work this year. What was the point of that?

I use Drury Casements on a regular basis. The customer service and attention to detail is second to none. Craig, Julie and Graham are very nice to deal with and the lads in the the workshop seem to be hard working, devoted employees and care about what they're doing. The products they supply are great quality and long may it continue 👍👍.

It pains me to say it, but after being happy with the service and product provided two years ago, my second experience has been very poor. We requested a new quote perhaps 6 months ago, and received a quote which we were happy to proceed with. However, since then, despite numerous phone calls and lots of ignored emails, we've now given up hope of getting any further communication from Drury Casement, never mind an actual product. This is a real shame, and I've been in two minds about writing this review in view of the initial good experience I had, but it just seems really unprofessional to ignore clients in this way.
