4 pay in cheques lost recently. 4 out of 4 "lost" with PO proof of sending. No customer direct contact in the 30 years I have been a client. No management or offering of any "deals". No customer service at all. Never had a call about my account and where Drummonds can help ... in 30 years. I wonder whether I will get a response to this post? Been a client for over 40 years when started with Coutts....

What a fabulous bank, I've had an account here for over forty years and it really is special! Staff are great and the modern revamp makes it an oasis in the maelstrom that is outside around the Mall and Trafalgar Square.

Had a dealing with one of their employees trying to sell me bonds. Was exceptionally persistent and wouldn't take no for an answer. After missing about 10 calls whilst I was at work (no voicemail left) I blocked the number, which was somehow still able to call. After several more calls I reported it to my mobile provider. The employee then called to confront me on a different blocked number. If this is a scammer I'll absolutely remove the negative review, but if legitimate then I'm appalled by this customer harassment.

This place is soo beautiful inside ,staff are all friendly professional and really care about there customers my partner of over 20 odd yrs banked here for donkey years he knew everyone he was a humble man with a good morale compass the queen after notification of death sent wreath of Poppy’s with his regenement also two men to stand at top of grave whilst body was lowered into ground . I’m soooo happy to of had him in my life for so many yrs it was only this year he knew he was dying doctors told him to live and live he did!!! He started going out to restraughts he had only passed !! We used to go Dutch on bills but since he knew he didn’t have time he wanted to eat in nice redtrsughts etc it gave me great joy to see him eat like this he asked me to marry him but because I have a illness and he had a illness we agreed on a blessing so we did our blessing and the best part was when he said Zoe ( pet name ) I love you I said I know but he said no Zoe I’m IN LOVE WITH YOU ! This was the best thing that’s ever happened to me I miss him so much . When he showed me his bank with so much pride I was shocked as for over 20 yrs I thought Brian was struggling like myself he enjoyed finance and his hobbies were stocks and shares he had been invited to join many different banks private and main stream but DRUMMONDS was Brian’s choice first class he called staff !!!!!! So thankyou to all staff who kne Mr Brian j Upton esq. Godbless all of you Zoe his partner
