My husband bought an alesis crimson II from Phil. It was the first electric drums he'd ever had - having used standard drums for 40 years. The service and advice from Phil was excellent. His knowledge of the kits he sells is vast. My husband had a few minor issues setting up the kit and Phil resolved them through a video chat and even a visit to the house- which we both think is exceptional service and we can't thank him enough for his support and help.
