I have to say my experience with this outfit has just been woeful. Placed an order and paid on the 28th March gave it to the 12th April as no communication and nothing arrived, called and was told one item wasn’t in stock so they’d refund and send the other item. On 18th April no refund and no item!! It’s not that hard is it for Christ sake! Needless to say I’ve cancelled the lot and am awaiting a refund .. I’m sure this is a one off as operating like this these days they’d go bust in a fortnight . Harvey

Good advice. If it's urgent and you can do it, choose another instrument shop. If you do order from here and you want to receive the product on time, you should rather pick it up in person at the store, because the product will be delayed 2 or 3 days from the date the store gives. Don't call them, because you'll just be talking to an arrogant, grumpy person. By the way. The drumsticks arrived and they are perfect.

My daughter Isla had a taster Drum lesson, with Nemo and we found this to be extremely helpful in understanding, these lessons would be 100% worthwhile. We are planning to block book online lessons with the occasional day where we visit Drum Central for an in-person lesson from time to time. A dreadful experience. I ordered an item showing as "in stock" on the 30th September. It is now 2 months (and a number of ignored e-mails and broken promises) later, I have given up. The one star is for the prompt refund.
