Avoid! I ordered in advance a Blueberry & Raspberry Gateau (8-10 portions) for delivery on 4 Jun. I received instead a Double Chocolate Dream Gateau, a cake that we don't like because we don't eat chocolate. I called multiple times, emailed, messaged PV on social media, trying to solve the situation (I even offered to drive to the PV nearest point) .... but nothing ... not a single reply. PV used to be a great UK brand, but the new management ruined it because they don't care about their customers anymore. Avoid!

Place went bust due to fiscal fraud and we've ended up losing £20 which we've paid into a gift voucher for afternoon tea/ cakes. No notification was sent to customers and the only way we've found out is after a 30 mins drive to Solihull. The *lovely* afternoon tea experience turned out to be a fraud add and a massive lock on the door.
