Changing my review due to the lack of aftercare and very arrogant managing director . The customer service is below any expectations. This company fitted for us an expensive shop front less than two years ago . However, the materials they use seem very low quality , the locks started playing up less than two years after fitting. I’ve called the company to request a check of the locks believing that they will do that for free since the installation wasn’t so long ago. The customer service representative booked the visit without notifying me of any charges involved. The engineers turned up the next day , sprayed the locks with a lubricant and left . The lock was fine for couple of days and then started playing up again until completely stopped turning a week later . In the meantime I’ve received an invoice from the company for over £160 for the call out. It turned out that the warranty they provide for doors worth thousands is 12 months only . I get a longer warranty on a simple toaster . The lack of aftercare and the way this company is trying to rip off their customers is appalling . Avoid!!!

The controllers for the sliding doors are unreliable. Lucky if they last a year. Phone their number and they charge you even if they don't answer.
