If I could give it zero stars I would. Incompetent people, misdiagnosis, jumping to conclusions without even listening to symptoms and refusal to investigate to provide an actual diagnosis. They like to give out painkillers instead of finding the root cause of the issue, diagnose people based on a 2 minutes conversation over the phone. I'll put a complaint on and find another GP practice, I am sick of it, it's got even worse after COVID.

Complete garbage practice, regularly given telephone appointments which aren't completed or call you at least 3 hours late, have no GP registered to surgery so always waiting on standby GP to complete calls, extremely rare (1 in 1000) to get face to face always telephone or video call and that is always late, if you call to complain just told not their fault as waiting on standby GP. Complete disgrace of a service

Always helpful and cheerful. Glad I registered. The nurses, doctors and staff do a good job. It's only a small practice and sometimes you have to remember this.
