Fantastic service! What a relief to find dropless. I’m a regular customer with dropless and couldn’t be happier. I have had Lewis clean my car for the past few bookings, he always does a great clean and always calls after to say the job is complete. Life made easy! Thanks again Dropless! It would be great if I could tip via the app but otherwise an excellent service.

Dropless (office representatives) are very unprofessional and cancelled my booking without any prior warning. Only when I reached out to them by email because it was a no show did they tell me they didn’t have an operative in my area. If I hadn’t of reached out, I’d still be waiting at home especially for an operative to come. Their live chat and phone lines are also totally useless - no response from either option) Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Dropless are amateurs.
