Well where do I start This is the first time I've dealt with them or anyone else like them as I am new to drone flying, I bought a DJI Midi-3 pro and fly more pack and quite a few little extras looking forward to flying it I've never flown one before but I suppose it's not crossing the road You've got to be careful well I dealt with a man named Tom well he was so helpful couldn't do enough for you arranged everything a smooth or silk would recommend spending your hard-earned cash anytime of that shop they just got new premises with a showroom so I hope to they do well I join their group where people put videos up of their experience flying very good some people might be put off because they're 63 mi away or more , But just a phone call away and any problems you got are cured straight away so by with confidence very fast delivery service most is next day some of it longer depends on stock levels I wish you more the best of the future because I want to spend more money with them for my children to take it all lol.

Amazing service. Bought an Avata on the Friday. Saturday it arrived....around 22 hours later? I accidentally paid for it twice as my order said it had failed. A nice chap rang me back to query the double order and duly sorted the refund. I even had a couple packs of sweets included.! Wish I'd used this company before. Will only use them from now on. I found this company online on Saturday evening. Upon reading the excellent reviews and seeing the great deals available on the DJI mini 3 Pro, we decided to pay them a visit this morning. Mark welcomed us in and introduced us to the team. The reviews I had read were spot on. Mark, his sons and adopted son 😊, were all extremely helpful and informative. After a long chat, discussing the drone, Dronesafe, test flight I made my purchase, knowing that I was in good hands. I am very new to flying drones and with Mark's advice and guidance I am confident that I can fly safely and gain more knowledge and skills over the coming months. I can't recommend this company enough. Don't go anywhere else if you want to buy a drone!

Fantastic service! I bought a DJI Mini 3 Pro as my first drone and they delivered it the very next day! Unfortunately, the drone was faulty. I called the office, and they instantly offered me a solution to arrange the drone to be picked up and fixed. Since I was nearby, I went to their shop and within minutes they offered me a new drone hassle free. It was super friendly family-run business, and they could not be more helpful at answering any questions. I highly recommend not only visiting they store and meeting the outstanding team but buying from their website because as I have stated if there are any issues, they will be quick to provide a solution unlike some companies that have exceedingly difficult customer service / support. I look forward to doing business with them again when my drone needs an upgrade!
