Had my test the other day and passed first time with few minors. Jo was my examiner and she was amazing! Calm, reasurring and fun to talk to. The route was relatively easy just remember to pay attention to speed limit changes and some roads are tight, clearance is very important

Look, this place was bad before, but it’s much better now. I had my test today, failed but it was reasonable as I made someone stop. I forgot examiners name but he was a nice guy and was friendly. Be prepared around B&Q as there’s alot of different type of traffic here and it’s where I failed. I’m taking my test here again if I can.

Previously this test center had bad reputation (I don't know why) but now I can see a big differences. The examiners are helpful, polite and very friendly Specially Jo. She is amazing. As a Instructor my advice to all the learners relax on your test, drive with confidence, do all the right things what you learn from your instructor, there is no reason you should fail your test. Thanks

I came to this centre from quite afar because of general unavailability of test appointments. Jo was my examiner. She's very friendly, professional and puts you at ease. She won't ignore any of the mistakes you make but because of her easy demeanor you're likely not to worsen the situation. Overall she's strict but fair. I passed my test. The centre itself is not very difficult, to be honest, but I'd recommend you practice a couple of times in the area if you can. I found YouTube videos of driving tests in the area quite helpful - you can search for 'Belvedere' to locate them.

Very convinient, the roads are not tricky, you just need to look a head and plan accordingly. My examiner was Jo, she is very professional and handles the nervous candidates very well

I passed on my third attempt. All three attempts were at the Belvedere driving test centre. I had Jo and two others as my examiners. I found them all to be friendly and professional. They are doing their best to ensure that you drive safely. I understand why I failed previously. I agree with the previous review about watching the YouTube videos on the testing routes but also watch videos about the ‘Show me, Tell me’ questions, manoeuvres and mock tests. This will help you to feel more comfortable with the test.

I was a bit tensed after going through all the bad reviews about this center. This was my third attempt after having one failure attempt at Goodmayes and another at Hornchurch. Mr. Chris proved all my assumptions about this test center were wrong :) such a calm and positive guy! walked me through all the procedures and routes clearly and patiently. My test was on 31-Jan-2023 and I cracked it this time. I strongly encourage you all to go through the youtube videos ( Belvedere test routes; 5 videos are there if I'm not wrong). That's just my two cents. It really worked for me. Reasons of the failure for my previous tests(Serious faults - combined): 1) Use of mirrors - change speed: You should always check your interior mirror before changing speed to see how close the vehicle is behind. If they're driving very close then you should brake earlier. 2) progress – appropriate speed (Appropriate speed): Makes no attempt to achieve maximum speeds for the road when safe to do so. Reduces speed excessively when the conditions do not merit doing so. 3) use of speed: The correct use of speed is the hallmark of a good driver. There are no circumstances in which you are permitted to travel faster than the speed limit of the road on which you are travelling on. This includes overtaking. It is illegal to break the speed limit, even for a short amount of time. 4) Use of road signals: Cheers! Sudharsan
