Useless prats, My medical driving licence has run out, I had to phone these idiots up 2 month before it was due to expire then phone again a month later. I finally got the renew form 2 days before my licence expired. I can not get a mobility car as I now have to wait for these slow incompetent idiots to do their over paid job. They claim it will be 6 weeks, some how with the Christmas post I doubt it. I hope they have a crap Christmas
