Now, what is at the bottom of this writing was my initial review, you can see that I was impressed by the way they deal with their customers, BUT. After I changed the fuel filter in this garage I had a huge problem. After some time the car started losing fuel. I was toping up because I thought maybe it was consuming too much because of the constant London traffic, I didn't even imagine that it has to do with the recent filter change. So the last top-up was for about 80£ and I didn't know what was going on. But on Sunday after my working day, I finally saw a pool of fuel around my car where was parked, so I had to go to the nearest garage the next day (simply because Driving Force was closed on bank holiday Monday). The next day the fuel indicator showed that the car is on red again but I managed to reach the nearest garage. What they discovered was that the heater switch that goes into the fuel filter was over-tight and with a broken connection hence the leaking. But because it is a bank holiday today and this cable can be supplied only from an official dealership they couldn't finish the job. Now I have to go look for this part myself tomorrow and buy a new filter again because there is a broken bit inside this one and I have to buy a new heater switch. All this will cost me two days not working ( I am self-employed ~150£ per day =300£) plus labour and parts (around 130£ if I am lucky) plus the fuel I waste on the road around 80£. And all this because someone in this garage couldn't properly fit a fuel filter. Sorry, but this is a huge disappointment although your representatives were friendly and polite this can not recompense the horrible after-sale experience I had. My only luck is that the car didn't get on fire while driving!!!!! The below is valid for the experience I had with them at the time of my initial visit, but the outcome was horrible, now I wouldn't recommend the garage unless they do something to recompense my bad after-sale experience. "Great experience in two words. After waiting 3 days at another garage to find a fuel filter for my diesel KIA Sportage, I called these guys and they gave me an appointment the same day. The people there were very polite and friendly answering all my questions. I will definitely use their service from now on because I was impressed. I would definitely recommend this garage to all."
