DVLA if I could give them no stars I would, I've had a condition dvla approved 1 previous medical licences when it came to renew for a 3rd I had to put the closest issue to mine even k ow they have all records of my condition, there didn't do any investigations with my GP nor my consultant, and didn't even use there own doctors no investigation even people with my condition and the one there told me to put down as it wasn't listed online is totally different to the renewal letter forms, anyways there use a more than likely outdated guidelines from possibly a doctor however didn't bother to use the doctors for advice considering I've had 2 previous medical licences issued, so now i have to appeal, my gp rang them there wouldn't discuss anything with them even know dvla wants information, so even if I get documentation and email it apparently it takes 10 days to scan a document not a physical one but an actualy digital document sent by email, and these are dealing with medical conditions and decions on who can have a licence or not, So step 1 make complaint wait 10 days Step 2 if not happy escalate complaint with dvla CEO then wait 10 days then if ur not happy u have to inform dvla ur taking them to court and I'm getting a embodsmen involved through out all these stages, revoked me licence for a condition I haven't been diagnosed with and no investigation what so ever amazing, and I've had 2 medical licences for the same condition no change and there won't renew my 3rd licence I will be making a claim against them for the share stress and financial implications this has done to me I work for the NHS I know that's nothing special however when trying to go to work and your own h.r. csnt help with anything and cant believe the reasoning behind the dvla decision neither can my gp or consultant just amazing, how is the dept of transport doing anything about this clearly under trained and outdated service

Absolutely no chance of speaking to a person on their line. All I needed to do was let them know they’re sending tax letters addressed to someone else at my address. I’ll just keep binning them instead.
