By far the best agency I have ever worked for! When I first started in this game I used to go through agencies like a dose of salts always being messed about problems with pay shifts cancelled! Not a problem at all with driven! Have been with them over 10 years! Everyone is friendly and approachable, regular work paid on time and correctly first time every time. The secret with this agency is that it's run by 2 ex drivers and they instinctively know what drivers and customers want and provide a fantastic service. The office staff are just as enthusiastic. It's great to have banter with them but also if you have a problem they are brilliant at sorting it! Anytime you are passing pop in for a chat and a cup of coffee only problem is you have to provide your own biscuits cos rob always eats them all! Have loved working with you guys here's to the next 10 years!

I had the great pleasure of working for 2 fantastic lads, Gary & Andy who set this company up, in the beginning only a few drivers to do the work, although i am know retired i follow the growth of Driven Recruitment ltd & stay in contact, the staff work hard to find work for everyone, even harder to keep customers happy, this is no mean feet.
