I recently purchased a bike carrier off the very slick Driven website. Everything worked as it should—lots of information on the site and easy to find. Order placed, and it worked as well as it should - as good as any online retailer. Good communications. Arrived when promised. I had an issue self-created. When I contacted Driveden, I found that the business has real, accessible kind folks. I was given sage advice - as I live near their premises near Southampton – I was encouraged to visit the premises. All issues resolved. Matt is a hero. I will buy off Driveden again when the opportunity arises. Matt is a Hero.

Bought some roof bars but when fitting them they did not seem to be right. My fears were allayed by a member of staff, who even offered a refund if I was unsure about them. Used them at the weekend and they were rock solid after a 70 mile journey. A great product, well priced and great customer care. Definitely a company to recommend.

Have contributed with over 160 reviews, 99% positive/5stars. For this company I can only offer 1star. Horrible attitude and poorly finished product can only mean one thing - never again. Customer feedback is there for a reason ( could have asked my credit card company for a refund without even explaining why). No point to be clever or sending useless advance. Had to spend £15 with a local garage to get it fit by altering the feeting kit. They simply laughed when I showed them the ' how to' advice provided after purchase ( no such thing on manual). Buying a little bit cheaper is not always a good idea and in the end cost you more not to mention delayed holidays and all the hassle. Recall happens to the best brands effecting millions of units. Admit, address the issue and apologies creates loyal customers for live. Good luck with your business.
