Had doctors appointment yesterday for 11 45 ordered taxi night before got to 20 to 12 no taxi phoned and told it was in the drivers hands still no taxi at 11 45 surely when I ve booked night before it should be a priority so no doctors appointment have always used your taxis but no more I'm afraid

Ordered a taxi for 2.30 and got picked up at 2.50! Called the office and got told a load of lies that she didn’t know where the driver was and when I spoke to the driver he said he’d been given the job 5 minutes ago! If you can’t do the job on time, then refuse it, simple as that! 659 we’re far better!
