Aweful experience! Avoid using them. I contacted them in January and they confirmed driving lessons for me to start in March and requested £250 deposit, which I payed. I did not hear from them regarding starting lessons in March, tried to contact the instructor and nothing, tried with the booking person and was told they no longer had a instructor available for me. I requested a refund and still waiting for it!!!

Awful I booked months ago after being told I would get a space for 2 months time however I never did get a spot didn't get contacted was lied to several times I also contacted to say there was driving test spaces available close to me they didn't book any of them for me, I also offered to travel further out the country as they said they have spaces Blackpool etc still nothing, the customer service is a disgrace they just tell you lies after lies and pretend someone will call you asap, 100% scam I asked for a refund 3 days ago and had to contact again today to see if they will, I have never dealt with anything as unprofessional as this company.

From the start to the finish this experience with dnpl was confusing ,time wasting and a rip-off! I unfortunately encountered this company as they were the first to come up in Google search for pay as u go intensive lessons, searching for intensive driving lessons in 20 17 I paid a deposit upfront of£ 200 + and got straight into doing my theory. failed my theory twice by the time within a 5 month window, I also had fallen pregnant and had passed the three-month window for deposits with no warning or notification by management, allegedly according to LEE, one of the instructions who constantly answers the phones at any hour. he seems to be running the show And enjoys ripping people off basically . Lee told me I've lost my deposit and it was in the small print and I this should go read it.. guy knew all along I was on a low income, sruggling to pay and trying to like save up to pay for this intense course and unscrupulous Lee knew full well that my time would have run out after three months and I would lose my deposit .I would definitely NOT recommend this company they are mean nasty and money hungry and I found it very hard when I offer was not offered a refund. Lee thought it kind of himself to give me "personal driving lessons" to make up for my lost of £200 pounds ,( dodgy ) then proceeded to not answer his phone, making me having to chase him for lessons that I was entitled to to begin !

Saddening to see so many people leave good reviews as I really wanted to be one of those people but I can’t. I paid a deposit of £337 for this course on 30th July 2018 for 3rd Sept start date, that date came and no one had called me, I e-mailed that I would like a refund as I could only do that date and have stated a new job and could not take a week off anymore. To which I receive a call saying that they tried to call to book but did not get through to me, Spoke with Lee again who said its 30 days for a refund which is sort of strange as normally refunds take up to 3-5 days but I went along with it as I needed my money back. I asked for the refund on 12th September and got the call back on the 20th September and I waited patiently, the 20th October came and I heard nothing, so I called in and was asked to give my details and I did on the 23rd October as asked, then was told Lee needed to speak with the finance team and I’d be called back within a hour no call back and when I called in was told he tried but could not get through to me was then told to call in on Friday just gone 16th November so the transfer would go through and was then told that the money should be in my account by Wednesday 14th November, Wednesday came and nothing all day so I called Lee again and was told its until 12am which is Thursday not Wednesday. Anyhow I check my account before I called in again and on the 15th November I have received £272, £65 short, I will allow the £65 as I just cannot be asked to call in again and speak with Lee any more. It’s taken me 3 and a bit months to not learn how to drive in which I could have done loads of other intense courses and passed by now. I’m not here to say this company is a scam etc but just to inform of my experience, I would advise that they put on the website if you cancel money will be deducted as that is not stated there when I looked. I’d also advice to read reviews as if I did I would not have gone with this company, go with a well-known company it may be more expensive but that is because they are professionals and at least you know that when you ask for a refund you’ll receive the full amount back.
