Well I have to say that DriveJohnsons dropped the ball at literally every stage. If I could give 0 stars here I would. After failing to take my details down correctly, meaning that an incorrect number led to the cancellation of a driving lesson by the instructor that I had to wait 6 weeks for, they not only failed to catch this error in their system but eve called me 3 days before to 'check in' ahead of the lesson, at which point their representative who was clearly looking at my file with the cancelled lesson on it either didn't look carefully enough to see, or ignored it completely. The driving instructor didn't show up, which seemed like a no-show until I called DJ to complain and the whole mess came out. They asked if I wanted to submit a formal complaint and I did, but it's been totally ignored - absolutely horrendous service from start to finish, DO NOT USE DJ FOR YOUR LESSONS!

Dont use this company around Stockport area instructor doesn't know to to communicate and is very stubborn she new she was the only instructor in stockport area but lied to me anyway saying the company will find someone else after she cancelled my 2 hour assessment for no reason everything was booked and i had the dates she rang to find out my driving was like but which pretty stupid because thats what the 2 hour assessment was for so if you go with this company try avoid nadia you will just get messed around. If i didn't call in i would of never found out my lesson was cancelled she also doesn't know how to text apparently
