Bond of €1500, not just blocked but taken from credit card, or pay €59 to avoid. I had taken all the insurance and add ons available when I had booked. I wasn’t pleased about this. However, the car was upgraded to a qashqai automatic. Right up my street. If I could, I would’ve married that car. Downside was that whoever had been under the hood the last, hadn’t closed it properly. I had to stop on the motorway hard shoulder to close it properly, which isn’t a very nice experience.

Do not book with the operation. I booked with full insurance via Carjet, but was told this was not valid. I was also told that as I did not have a credit card, they would need to charge me £46 to use my debit card-for 1 days hire. They will also try to charge you for checking the DVLA code. When I returned the car, it was raining, but was not allowed to stay in the office until the bus arrived. When it did, it was packed full after visiting Premier Inn. What started as a cheaper alternative turned out far more expensive.I will never book with them again.

Great quality car, less than 5,000 miles on the clock and great price! Professional throughout. Just be aware that some of the rental agreements come with large CDW excess amounts, but additional insurance can be purchased!
