It is extremely rare that I go for 1 star. Do your online check-in a day before your reservation and be prepared to lose the payment if something goes wrong with your reservation, e.g. if they accept only credit cards for the 1.5k deposit. Overall, the booking process is obscure, not polished and has no clarity. When I called them to ask for reimbursement, I was told to contact my online reservation company instead, but when I contacted the reservation company, they contacted Drivalia back and then refused to reimburse anything, although no service was provided.

I've rented a car once with Drivalia at Fulham Broadway and it was very easy and quick and I was thrilled with the experience! Am about to rent for a second time and so far it has been very smooth. James was helpful in the online chat offering me a reduced rate and Sanj was extremely helpful on the phone for the verification process. Fingers crossed the pick up will be just as smooth!

Avoid avoid avoid!!! This company makes up a load of rules to throw additional fees at you at every opportunity. Original quote was £50 and ended spending £150. They were also a nightmare to get hold of. Do yourself a favour a signup to one of the car sharing companies- I would never use them again
