Still no refund 6 months after the rental and after resending all info by email so reducing to 1 star and I'm recommending people to AVOID this company. ---- Staff in the office and preparing the cars were nice and helpful. The electric car I rented was only 30% charged and completely dirty when I picked it up. In-car info on the charging network is 0/10 and I couldn't find ANY chargers that took the cards provided. I had to charge using my own credit card and haven't been refunded... 3 months after the rental.

I arrived on time to collect my booked car but had a problem with my credit card (the provider reduced the limit without sharing this information) I then spent 30 minutes rectifying the situation - in that time the booking I had was given to someone else and I was then told I had to pay for an upgrade. This went back and forth for a while as I was told I was late even though I was physically sat in their office. I showed them their own t&C's stating that they can only hold a car for up to 4 hours after the reservation time (I was on time with 45 minutes then being in their office) and was still told I was wrong. They refused to allow me to speak to a manager. And eventually I was allocated a free upgrade if I could get it straight to the fuel station but then they wouldn't accept my alternative card as it was a charge card linked to a credit card. I had initially attempted to make a booking through the app but once I pressed confirm I was presented with an error message. Contacted them to check what happened and then was given a new price of £35 higher and told they couldn't reduce it if I didnt have a screenshot of the previous price. Disappointed as I'd used them twice before with no issues. But the new guy needs some better customer service training, I wasn't the only customer that he got frustrated with in my hour in their office.

I was late for a pick up due to flight cancelation, reach reservation line - impossible, so on arrival I was picked to go to garage just to be told that my car was rented to someone else and I could upgrade to a better car for 186 Pounds ( original price already paid was around 100 Pounds). I did refuse and asked if I can come tomorrow but tomorrow was also not an option. I was than taken back to the airport. By the way, following day I did check availability on the website and - surprise, surprise they did have a cars available but obviously not for me. I will avoid this company in the future. Oh, and I did not got my money back.

Excellent service We were met promptly after calling Drivalia from the airport. The driver was friendly and efficient. The lady who checked us in was delightful and friendly and made the whole experience very pleasant. The car was in good order. Same service on our return. Thanks tot the very nice driver and the whole team. Highly recommend this service.

Very friendly staff and they gave us a lift to airport after drop off. Two insurance options available: Full coverage for £200 for 4 days or £120 for full coverage except alloys and windshield. I went with with the £120 option.
