Bought 24 bottles of sparkling Voss. The first 3 were flat no sparkle at all!!! I called customer services and was informed because they are in date there is nothing they can do. Disgusting customer service. will not accept a return on the remaining bottles and no refund offered!!

Having previously had good service I am very disappointed that an order placed on 5/4/23 for paid next day delivery I have been advised of a delivery date of 12/4/23 and currently cannot get a response either by email or phone - very poor service

Worst customer service ever! Ordered 18 bottles of white wine to be delivered, 18 bottles of rose arrived instead, ok mistakes happen, was asked to send a photo which I did was told a driver will collect and deliver the right wine, to date no driver has shown 3 times I was told someone would be here but I'm still stuck with 18 bottles of wine I didn't order. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Problems with FedEx in delivering - it was also impossible to contact them. Then found a third of the order had got broken in transit. They agreed to take the remnants back for a refund, but I only received the refund weeks after they'd received the order back and I threatened them with a chargeback via my cord company.
