Currently awaiting a response! Returned a faulty blade machine under the sales/tech teams, advice… This was on the premise we would receive a replacement machine within 14 days of return… The machine was returned in October… Despite several emails sent, we still have not received the replacement or any correspondence. Very disappointing as, up until then, we were delighted with the service received from @Drinkshop. I have no hesitation than to escalate this further if I don’t receive a full refund for the machine or replacement within 7 working days. Paid good money for nothing - as it stands. They have failed to respond to two Facebook messages, I did receive an email explaining they would look into my query but no one has had the decency to respond further. I hired Mobile Bar Hire for my birthday party last month. They provided an LED bar which looked amazing in the venue! Not only did they have my favourite beers on draught, they made some great tasting cocktails too! From the moment I booked them until the moment the party ended, I was part of the process. Being allowed to choose my bar style, drinks and times means the whole package was exactly how I wanted it. I was even invited down to their offices to see them face to face and see the bar I would be receiving - it really put me at ease. I would highly recommend Mobile Bar Hire to anyone who actually wants a firm to listen to what the customer actually wants!
