Drag themed bottomless brunch. Paid for brunch and drinks. No food arrived. Every time we asked we were told the chef had been rude and told the waiter to “go away” to put it politely. Arrived at 1:30, still no food at 4:30. 10 hungry ladies shoved in a corner booth big enough for 8 at a squeeze. Not fun and not civilised. Drag acts were having to come up and down the stairs so that everyone got involved. Although this is not a practical venue for food and entertainment at the same time due to multiple levels. Still haven’t received a refund via the Brunch Club. Poor service to oversell and not deliver what has been ordered. Will not visit again.
