I do not want to say anything bad about people as there are some good people there but I need to be honest here and would like to give you some advise if you need to use their service. Take always some photos of your cars before bringing it to them. If possible you want to record what they say. Some people there are very dishonest. Those would not admit errors made by them. So you need to prove by the photos so that they need to admit. Quite often when I need to use them because my car is under warranty, they add some damage to my car and I have to return the car to sort out the issues. This is very annoying. They also they would not do what they promise. They said when I had issues with my car they would not do anything to resolve the issues as it is not in their procedure/process instruction. I do not know what their procedure is but I just want them to repair my car. However they said they could not do more than what is written in the procedure. To me that means there is a critical error in their system as they cannot fix errors of my car. It might not be a good example but they are almost saying - sorry, you have a terminal cancer, so we cannot help you. My car is still under warranty and in a good condition except some errors. There should be a way for them to deal with. Sadly they do not care. Mazda is/was a reliable brand in the past. That does not mean you can trust people working behind the brand.
