Karolina was awesome and I am so glad I found her. I ended up choosing her over bigger companies because her customer’s reviews were great (and this is the reason why I am leaving one now too: so that the next person knows to trust her). She was very meticulous in taking measurements and making sure that all of my items were exactly the length/width I wanted them to be, while maintaining their style. When I tried on my items, after she made the alterations, it was pure joy: literally like having new clothes! She did an incredible job with all of them, I was in awe! She was also very honest with pricing. She first quoted me a certain amount and, after the job was done, she actually charged me slightly less because of the time it took and the nature of work that was needed: she could absolutely have charged me more since I had already agreed to a higher price, but she didn’t - and that’s what makes someone worthy of trust. Truly, Karolina, thank you so much! I will come back to you if I need any alterations in the future (no doubt!) and all my friends already know about your services, because you deserve it.
