My go-to mouldings supplier. My last order was for close to 200m of stock - I lost less than 500mm in knot cutouts, indicating the good quality of timber they use. Profiles are always pristinely cut using sharp tooling, and wider boards (9” skirtings for example) are deeply profiled on the reverse side to eliminate cupping. Delivery is quick and efficient, staff are always helpful. What’s not to like?

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Ordered a large quantity of woods and quite a few of them were damaged. When asked about replacement for the pieces of wood failed to take any responsibility and was told that the damage may have been due to me incorrectly storing the pieces of wood while it was within its original packaging?! Please refrain from ordering. Stay away from this place very unprofessional.

My product never arrived. Refurbishing an empty flat so didn't notice until it was needed. No tracking and a signature wasn't required. Have insisted my order was sent. So could have gone anywhere? I was prepared to reorder the product with a 10% discount but was told no. Wouldn't use again you need to be onsite to receive the order from this company without tracking. will order elsewhere on principal Poor customer service
