The rudest staff I have ever seen. Treating your browsing of the store as if you had just insulted their mother or something.Owner takes a look at you as soon as you walk in, if she doesn't like you she treats you like trash. It's overpriced, tiny and terrible service. Don't go, not worth it. Head down to Camden passage instead for some lovely vintage stores with nice people. The woman working there clearly likes to insult people and turn them away, weird business practice...

Expired products in high prices with a very bad and strange manager’s attitude! I regret paying 26£ coming to the store all over the way from Mayfair. Don’t waste your time, neither your money.

An absolute gem of a shop! So many gorgeous items for a fraction of the price. A real joy to visit, such lovely people. Thank you!

I love Anne’s shop—she’s a true delight who knows her fashion, and there’s always something new to discover. A real gem in the neighborhood.

Extremely rude customer service from the woman working there. Went at lunch time during my break and there was sign on the door that said 'Open, please ring for door.' I rang and the woman working there came out the back and brusquely unlocked the door without opening it or saying anything to me. I proceeded to look at the item in the window and she snapped at me loudly saying 'DON'T TOUCH!' I was shocked at her demeanor and just said I was looking for the price. Then she snapped back saying 'only I KNOW the price,' and then quoted something off the top of her head. I immediately just left due to the extremely poor service and arbitrary pricing based on whatever mood she's in. If you're looking to visit, don't even bother.

I was humiliated by the shop’s owner when trying to return a brand new pair of shoes I bought last week that were too big. She screamed at me saying they had been worn outdoors when I’m fact I had just tried them once in the shop and in my bedroom. There were no marks of use whatsoever other than some dust on the soles from her shop floor which was clearly very dirty. She could’ve talked about in a polite and professional way. Instead, she had an appalling and shocking behaviour, shouting and accusing me of lying in front of other customers saying she “couldn’t believe I had the audacity to ask for that”. I’d never felt so humiliated in my whole life and it makes me really sad to know there are people like that in the world, especially coming from a shop owner who doesn’t seem to have any customer service skills and treats us like criminals.
