We popped into Dreams at Wednesbury Retail Park today just for a look and ended up buying a double bed in the clearance section. Lisa the Sales Assistant was wonderful- not pushy but helpful and knowledgable. She also gave us a discount which was even better. She represented the care and qualities that in many places has been lacking in Sales Staff since covid. She made the whole experience a pleasure and we went away with big smiles at the price. After having extensive repairs on our house due to an accident by a neighbour which has been immensely stressful, Lisa was a wonderful breath of fresh air! There should be a Lisa in every store! Drinks were offered along with pillows to allow us to try the beds properly In order for us to make the right purchase to suit our needs. Heather also used the equipment to help us find the perfect mattress according to our needs. This was amazing!! It prints out your personal requirements. High tech bit if kit.
