My wife and myself went in there today in search of a new mattress due to the fact that we were both waking with achs and pains. After a bad experience at Benson's for beds and total apathy from another supplier we decided on Dreams, Jaz helped as and what a breath of fresh air after past experiences. She was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable, not a hint of pressure and a pleasure to deal with. We purchased a new mattress, looking forward to a good night's sleep.
