We bought a bed and mattress here on Wednesday and this review is for the fantastic service we received in store. A big thanks goes to Mel for her friendly, professional, honest and knowledgeable help that she gave us. It took us a long time to decide on what was such a big purchase for our new home. She was patient and not at all pushy. She took the time to show us the best possible mattresses for our needs (following the very clever sleep analysis system that’s in store to come up with the best options for our sleep style and size/weight etc). She then gave us the space to test out mattresses but was always on hand to help when we needed. Mel is a credit to the Dreams brand and we can’t thank her enough for all her wonderful help!

Fabulous experience shopping with dreams. No pressure to buy, although all options offered and explained. Gave us plenty of time to browse, try and think. All staff are so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The quality of the beds and mattresses is incredible, I really would not buy a mattress anywhere else. Slightly pricey but it is, after all, a health investment.

Lovely lady Carol helped us find the perfect mattress at a great offer as well, we were happy to pay triple that what we were prepared to pay initially since we felt so comfortable and sure that what we were getting was exactly what we needed, it was easy and very pleasant, and not many things are those nowadays so we were very pleased and grateful, definitely recommended.
