We were wanting to purchase a new bed frame and mattress. We began to peruse the vast selection available. We first of all found a frame that we liked and suited our needs and was within budget. We were however unsure of how to select the mattress. I saw a young salesman(Brandon) whom I approached and enquired of him about the mattresses and how to select one. His very first question was had anyone else approached us, he didn’t want to step on anyone’s toes as he and his colleagues work on a commission basis, a very conscientious young man. He told us in a very confident and knowledgeable way how we should select a mattress that would suit us as a couple. He showed us to the area where we could be ‘measured up’ for our requirements. Brandon asked us a series of questions about, how we slept and if we had any aches and pains that affected our sleeping. Having gained this information and more besides we lay on the testing equipment and went through the testing process. Following that process Brandon advised of the recommended mattresses and allowed us to try all of them, six in total. We selected the one that we felt would suit us. Brandon invited us to sit down with him, where he took the time to tell us what the cost would be to us and the delivery details and every other detail we needed to know. Following this, we went next door to your competitor. Within 5minutes we returned to Brandon and told him we wished to purchase the products he had recommended to us. We felt he had looked after us so well, he deserved our custom, unlike your competitors, who didn’t seem to want our business. Brandon had informed us at some point that he had only worked for the company for 12 weeks. For someone with that short time of service he was truly exceptional, someone you should nurture, for sure. He is a credit to himself and to your business.
