I went with my 84 year old sister to choose a bed for her. We had a very warm friendly welcome from Paula who then continued to serve her customer. Beverly took over and was very kind and helpful as my sister was having dizzy spells and great mobility problems. When she had finally chosen the bed, after helpful advice, Beverly then went and made my sister a most welcome cup of tea. Excellent service and it was also good to see that everything appeared to be made in the UK. .

Brilliant service from Kerry and Karen. Kerry had me use the brand new Sleepmatch machine thst they have aha which looks like it should be in NASA's central testing room lol. The machine collaborates your weight, height, aches and pains etc. then uses an algorithm to give you a guide of how many springs are required to support your joints. They were both superb, they poured me and my Mother a cuppa & let us use the WC. The delivery men, Dave and his helper were efficient, friendly and I liked how they both put socks over their shoes before they entered as to not mark the carpet. Great service all round 👏 would give 6 stars.
