Very pleasant and helpful assistant. I tried out the Sleepmatch bed to identify a suitable range of mattresses. I told the assistant the price I wanted to pay and he helped with the selection. I was able to make up my mind in the store. It was good to be able to try out the mattresses rather than buy online.

My girlfriend and I recently started to look for mattresses as we’re moving in together in June. We haven’t bought any mattresses ourselves before so we felt a little bit helpless finding the perfect mattress for us. We’ve tried multiple different shops where we just aimlessly tried lots of different mattresses leaving with the feeling that we still didn’t really know which one we liked. Then a colleague of mine recommended Dreams and the tools at their disposal which estimate the perfect mattress for you and your partner. Upon entering the store we were greeted by Oliver who talked us through the process and afterwards recommended a few mattresses that were most suitable for our needs. We quickly found one that both of us loved. After trying a few more mattresses we went for the Therapur ActiGel Glacier 1600 K Mattress. Oliver also made the purchase & delivery process go seamlessly, organising the right delivery time for our move-in & explaining to us the different delivery charges for different days and times. Overall buying the ideal mattress at Dreams has been a smooth process and we left the store highly satisfied.

The insurance taken out in good faith is not worth the money or the paper it’s printed on. The ‘assessor’ arrived weeks late with… a piece of string to apparently assess the integrity of the bed. I thought I was on a hidden camera show.
