My partner and I were very satisfied with the service provided to us by Jay. We were welcomed when we came into the store and we got to try the sleepmatch machine. We were offered pillows when trying out some of the mattresses and we got offered drinks whilst discussing our purchase. Jay was very lovely and accommodating and gave us the best offers she could find.

The whole experience was brilliant, as you step into the shop, the advisor David, he was brilliant. He was welcoming, offered us a hot drink of our choice, given a pillow to use when trying out the beds. The best part was the sleepmatch machine. Price was right also. Would recommend Perry Barr branch. It was a great experience.
