As soon as we walked in we were greeted but not hounded, we knew what we needed and on asking the staff we where took to a bed we may want. The manager Susie Packhouse, I'm not sure if I made up the surname so I do apologise but she looked after us and we arranged to come back the day after once we had a think, but again no pressure to buy. On going back to the shop there must have been 4 staff on and not one didn't have a smile. They all had manners and where so friendly. They had the exact product we needed and where pleasantly surprised the delivery will be made in around 6 days. We could not thank the staff enough as they made us feel welcome and couldn't have done enough for us. We would like to thank them all for being so kind to us. Thank you thank you thank you. We can't wait to get our new bed 😴
