That was all down to one person, Robert the Salesman, who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, excellent communication skills and the perfect salesman. This was my first mattress purchase and he explained everything to my partner and I about choosing the right mattress, value for money and aftersales care. She didnt take us to the most expensive, or push us into buying but gave us the options that were available and we are very pleased with the overall experience. I can't wait for our new bed to come
