I cannot thank Roshan (and most recently, Felix) enough. I first visited Dreams when I’d had an offer accepted on a flat and had never bought a bed. Rosh spent nearly 2 hours telling me everything I needed to know about how to choose a bed even though he knew I wasn’t going to place an order that day. I went back again with my boyfriend and he did the same. He was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, personable and a real credit to the company. He could not have been more patient with me. No hard sell. Just seemed to genuinely care about me getting what I want. I have shopped around many bed stores and couldn’t wait to come back and place my order with Roshan. I’ll also be emailing the store manager to ensure they know what a valuable member of staff they have working there. He’s a credit to the team and his efforts helping me fulfil my lifelong dream of owning my own home will not be forgotten in a hurry!
