My first time visiting dreams and it was a lovely experience. I used sleep match to find out what was the best mattress for me and was given a list of different mattresses to try out. I only went in for a mattress but ended up purchasing a bed frame and bedding. The customer service was 10/10 and I would highly recommend going in the speak to the friendly and knowledgeable team.

We were served by a very friendly and wonderfully informed lady called Jennifer. We were not sure what type of bed best suited us and she took us through the Dreams mattress identifier and found the one best suited to us. We then tried some beds and finally settled on the one that Jennifer agreed best suited us both as it was a combination one. Jennifer's 'soft sell' approach was really what made us purchase today. There was no pushing just genuine interest and advise that meant we had a very positive experience. We look forward to receiving our new bed in due course!
