Great customer service from initial order to the delivery. We waited only 3 days for delivery and that was over the new year period. Extremely happy with the service and the product of the bed and headboard we received. It was all wrapped and fresh with no marks or scuffs on any of the fabric. The base of the divan ottoman is solid and sturdy, a well made bed frame. We are really pleased and will be using them again.
