My wife and I went to Dream beds in Fareham (Wallington) today with a list if definite requirements, we were treated to great patient customer service by the Manager, Neil. He was understanding to our requirements, giving several alternatives in our price range in a courteous and knowledgeable way. Our order is in for April and look forward to our new beds. The experience in the store was excellent. Jennifer who assisted us was very friendly and knowledgable about the product ranges. We picked the right bed for my daughter’s requirements and her being able to test the mattress and physically made a huge difference. The Fareham store was great despite it not being our local store (we are in South Oxfordshire).
