Such a shame, the whole experience was stressful and felt as though we were being bossed about on a film set rather than the natural wedding video were we sold when booking. We were asked to constantly re-do everything twice and overall it was uncomfortable for us and our guests. They disrespected the church by filming places they were not allowed too, and upset the photographer by getting in the way constantly. A lot of our photos have them in the background due to them refusing to move. We had agreed in advance not to do personalised words over the video and to use the speech / vows. However the bride was told in the morning of the wedding whilst getting ready by Eduardo that the groom had recorded a personalised message to her and that she should do the same. This made the bride feel terrible and quickly made something up on the spot. Only to find out that this was a lie and the groom had not recorded anything so when they video was received, the groom then felt terrible due to the brides personalised message being on there. They also expected a lift to the church in the wedding car - which was a big NO as this was a private moment for the bride and brides father. But they still expected a lift, luckily the hairdresser offered to take them!! The video itself is ok, it contains all the main parts (ceremony, speeches, dances) but there is a lot that was recorded which was not included. The USB sticks they arrive on are nice. They had left some equipment behind, which we paid to post back to them which we didn't even receive a thank you email for. Overall do not book.

Had a truly terrible experience with dreams cinematic films Eduardo and Raf for videography. We had booked dreams over a year ago for our wedding and had provided details regarding the day and the schedule. The issues first started when Eduardo was asking us to do things for the video such as “kiss your dad on the forehead for the shot”. After which every critical shot had to be recorded twice. My wife had her revealing to dad session shot twice. I had my dressing up shot taken twice. The worst was our first look was shot twice. Immediately after the first look, Eduardo asked us to redo it which we do not realise the point of doing first look twice. Both of them weren’t professional videographers and kept taking video too close to us all the time. Raf was standing behind us right in the middle in church for the whole ceremony blocking the view for our guest and causing our priest to get upset. The second terrible experience was when we were asked if we could take Raf in our wedding car as Eduardo had to go early to set up camera. Everything that day had to wait for Eduardo as he either had not setup the camera or was not ready or had to change batteries right when we had to start. There were multiple times, when Ed wanted us to wait before our speech or cake cutting when we saw him balancing his camera on his phone or something else on the table. Our mothers recorded some words which we wanted is our video later which had to be done twice as well. Even after provided a detailed list of events, Eduardo failed to record the blessings ceremony which was crucial to us and the sit-down speeches which we had mentioned to Eduardo multiple times. Most of the photos (different photographer) have Raf in them as he was blocking the whole view in the church. The final video does not include the main sections of the day that we wanted videographed and is barely average. My only advice is to please hire someone professional who will not treat your wedding like a movie set asking you to do everything multiple times. It is about capturing the moment when they happen rather than framing shots. Also please do read through the reviews and recent previous work. The reviews we read were from 2018 and the situation seems very different now with dreams. Overall, it was an extremely stressful experience, and we would not recommend to anyone looking to book dreams cinematic for their special day.
