excellent customer service from all staff. I was approached shortly after I'd walked in the store to see if I wanted help, fitted for my bed type, which was soon short listed to 3 mattresses. I was given tea a few times as I relaxed on the beds, with no sales pressure from Chris who looked after me. He tried me with 3 pillows til I was happy it was similar to my own pillow to get a good feel for sleeping on my new bed. I was in the store a few hours, it was a great experience, I don't usually enjoy shopping!

I went in as desperately need a new mattress. I walked in to people painting and moving stuff around. The shop looked like it should of been closed. It was utter chaos!!! There was one member of staff talking to a gentleman on a bed and the other did not have a clue what she was doing. She was looking for a duvet or sheet for this woman. She kept saying I will be right with you. So she felt that a £20 purchase was more important than a £1000 purchase. I got so fed up I left with no purchase. What a waste of my time. I don't want to look online as due to health issues need to feel what it's like. Do not recommend this store at all.

It's OK as a bed store.. Got a selection of products but nothing that ideally shouted out to buy the product. Found many items felt like they were more suited to a house, rather than a flat. Spacious store clean tidy and unlike the last experience several years ago at their fishersgate branch.. Here it was nice to come in and not be pressured into buying with sob stories about staff performances etc.
