Michael greated us well and professionally upon arrival, he offered us drinks and directed us to Sleepmatch machine which I personally think is one of the best inventions ever. He kindly advised us with the selected mattresses, he then directed us to selected mattresses providing us with a pillow for full real-life experience. He adhered to hygiene protocols all throughout and he never hesitated offering his help all throughout to sales and completion of the order. Thanks to Michael for his great effort and help and thanks to Dreams for employing such professional personels

I purchased a mattress from this place in Sep2021, it was a fairy expensive mattress so I thought I protect the investment with its ‘additional warranty’. The sales pitch was ‘even if you drop a glass of wine, we’ll change the mattress for you’. No issues with the purchase, sales rep was nice and transaction went well as expected. 6 months on I noticed a lot of small and firm balls of lint called Pilles. Had it been say 10% coverage, I don’t think I would have been bothered, however, at 40/50%. I thought, no worries, call Dreams and they will surly sort it out as I have the warranty. I called Dreams and they arranged a visit from 3rd party, he came, I showed him and he certainly agreed, saying this should not happen. He went away filled his report and that’s the end of that. I then get an email from Dreams saying…. Thanks but no claim can be made as fault is not covered under warranty. Calling the 3rd party, they cannot share the report, they said call Dream. Dreams say they cannot share report call the 3rd party…. The whole extended warranty is a scam! And I wished I spent a little more and went across the street to a more superior bed retailer. Be warned. Thanks nightmare, sorry I mean Dreams…
