Found the staff to be incredibly intrusive , standing in the corner keep staring and kept coming over even though we said we were fine , if we wanted help we would ask , it was a very uncomfortable feeling in the shop due to the staffs behaviour , we left and took our custom else where, we will never go there again terrible customer service, if you like to be stared at and being spoken about amongst the staff this is the place for you, no wonder it’s quiet 2 woman are scaring customers off

I could not recommend this store enough! The lady that served me (Lynn) was very accommodating and helpful, she showed great interest in what I was looking for and helped me to achieve it keeping my budget in mind at all times. I was able to use the machine that determines what kind of mattress would be best suited for myself which was a nice touch and nice to know exactly what I should be getting. The service was great, absolutely no pressure to make a purchase, and was able to test out a variety of mattresses (and pillows) until I could decide which one to go for. The prices are very reasonable compared to other stores I previously went to and they offer free delivery and also take the mattress to the room for you too. Overall a great experience and I am happy with my purchases.

Had to arrange for new mattress return..nothing wrong with it but too hard for me 😥 beautiful mattress tho. Michele (my sales assistant from when I first ordered) took me through again what would be more comfortable. Nothing too much trouble and all the girls are lovely, know their stuff 👍have now ordered a different mattress which will be more suitable for me so very happy 😊

So we purchased a mattress 15 month back and the stitching went. We popped into store and they couldn't be happier to help us. Our mattress was discontinued so the lovely lady with the sequin top showed us a dozen new mattresses and we are getting it delivered for free on the 4th. And we have already received a bag in the post for our old mattress for them to take it away at no extra charge. We got a "happy new year" and smiles and waves from all the staff when we left the store. Very been happier picking out a new mattress lol 🤗
