We are returning customers and have always received excellent service from Mark and his team. We feel genuinely appreciated as customers and they have the right balance between making sure we have all of the information we need and allowing us the space to make the right decision for us. Today we purchased a Super King TV Bed frame and mattress and were looked after in terms of add ons and extras. Having personally worked in retail for 36 years I would recommend this store and team to anyone considering purchasing a bed or mattress as the store has a very relaxed atmosphere with everyone working there looking to meet my needs as a customer.
