Went to dreams for a matress for my mum. We were served by Sam,who has only been working there for 3 weeks. What a delightful young man. He was so helpful & freindly. He forgot to give us the recycle bag for the old matress and called my mum to see if she would be able to pop back. However, we had long since left Bradford and was in Bingley. Sam offered to bring the bag on for her as he passes on his way home. True to his word he brought the bag that night. The biggest surprise to me was Sam does not drive and got off his bus route to drop the bag off. I real do feel Sam went above and beyond his role. Dreams... Sam is a real big asset to your business, I really hope he is looked after, as I truly believe he will make a fantastic Manager for you one day. 😀 well done Sam and good luck for your future. You will go far in life.

Very disappointed withe the service! I have had a problem with my mattress i have tried to email dreams however they said they can’t do anything about it. I went into the shop today and was explaining my situation when a staff member called Aminah told me to keep my voice down. I was talking in a normal tone i did not raise my voice at all. She said it will look bad on other customers if they hear me as they are spending alot of money i said to her i have spent over a thousand pounds and my mattress has torn! I found it very rude that she told me to keep my voice down because other people will hear about me saying my mattress has torn. Overall not happy with dreams customer service and the quality.

To be treated with politeness as soon as you walk in, not being followed around the store and then given good knowledgeable advice when you do find what you want, is priceless. After 3 minutes on the "sleep comfort bed" to access what type of mattress is suitable for you, you can be assured they have it right. Enjoyable experience.

Terrible service and rude manager. Staff need training so that the same message is given to customers, as we went to the store a few times while searching and when we eventually went to purchase a bed we were given extremely high prices and there were ridiculous charges on top for delivery/assembly etc. We will not be going back here.

Extremely over priced, mattress only £1084.99. felt pushed into buying, and when i didnt she looked rather disappointed. I only went in for a look round. Will not be going back again.
