I popped into store with my partner to have a look at some mattresses but in all honesty, had absolutely no idea what I even wanted. Richard introduced himself, offered us a drink and went through sleep match with us, got it all set up to give us a better idea of what sort of mattresses would be better suited to us and then showed us which mattresses came up and where they were in the showroom so we could try them. After a lot of back and forth between two mattresses, Richard was very helpful and went over all the options and explained the 100 day guarantee etc to us. We made a purchase on the day and look forward to it being delivered.

This was our first experience of shopping at Dreams and it was excellent. The shop itself was clean and uncluttered, the beds were well set out. We were welcomed by Richard without feeling pressurised and offered tea, coffee and water and recommended to take our time and test the comfort of the beds (which we did - we were even given pillows!). We have ordered a bed and mattress and are very optimistic that we will be pleased with it. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and we were very pleased with the price we paid.
