    Initially delighted with the service. Then was told a week delay. Today told another delay so now 5 weeks later than expected, so far anyway. Worst thing is I cannot get anyone to answer phone so I can ask some questions. Aghhhhhhh Will update when and IF sorted. Disappointed. 😞 Have since had call. Thanks. Been assured car will be delivered by 21st April or sooner. Feel slightly more confident this will happen. Again will come back and update when I get car.

    Absolutely, horrible company. Do not make a mistake to even call Dreamlease company who are extremely unprofessional and do not understand customer services. Brand new car arrived but in a state that it looked 10 years old. Full of dust, mud, marks, etc... After contacting the company they said weather was bad. Not to mention about this company suggesting my neighbour to collect the keys when they drop the car off. I have spoken to around 5 people in the company unfortunately, every single one of them is unprofessional. In simple terms, don't bother and try somewhere else.
