****Please read!**** Never use this company. I booked flights with them in April 2022 to fly July 2022 and never received an eticket and wasn't booked with airline. Just some ADVICE how to get your money back. Which thankfully I did. 1. Email 'dream world' travel regarding getting your etickets. 2. Email the airline directly to confirm if your booked on to the flight. 3. If/ when the airline confirm your not booked on to the flight. Then contact your bank to raise a dispute, request for chargeback on your debit card or start a section 75 claim on your credit card. Your bank may ask for evidence of your claim and not receiving your goods (flights). Use your emails as proof of this and send to your bank when requested. 4. They should get your money back within 14 days. Try and do this ASAP. Eticket should be issued immediately after full payment is taken. I hope this helps! Even though our holidays been ruined I hope you get your money and use it to purchase legitimate flights. Good luck.

Would have given them a no star if I have the choice. This travel agency is absolute fraud and has no credibility. Purchased 2 tickets which costs around £1100 with them in Dec 2019 and trip was cancelled due to COVID. Upon checking with Emirates in May 2020, I was confirmed that the refund was done but they keep lying that they do not receive the money. When followed up, they came up with all kinds of excuses to scam our money. Don’t worry, karma will bite back. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. Updates: I filed a case with the UK small claims court and got back my money successfully. Don’t give up ppl.

Booked 4 return tickets to Pakistan with this firm and return flight was cancelled due to pandemic. Still waiting for refund to be received. Being told same story that they are waiting for refund to be received from airline even though airline has already refunded them. Avoid these day light robbers.

If you are not a very rich person, do not use this travel agency. I booked a flight from Asia to Europe, and to get a confirmation, I had to pay online which I did. And guess what?! Before my flight, I wanted to check in online. Not only that I had no ticket and lost £1,549.00 but an agency does not exist!
